Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

At DharmaAI, your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've tried to keep the language plain — if anything's unclear, email us and we'll explain.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you use DharmaAI, you may share:

Information collected automatically

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build a profile of you to target you with ads.

3. AI Processing of Your Questions

The questions you ask are processed by AI models to generate scripture-grounded responses. Your questions may be sent to trusted AI providers (such as OpenAI or similar). These providers process the data under their own privacy terms and don't retain it for model training when we configure the request accordingly.

We do not use your personal questions to train any AI model ourselves.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS for all traffic, encrypted databases). We're a small team — we can't promise the security of a Fortune 500, but we treat your data like we'd want ours treated.

If a breach ever happens, we'll notify affected users promptly.

5. Children's Privacy

DharmaAI isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email us at info@techieon.in.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on a few third-party services to run DharmaAI:

Each of these has its own privacy practices. We pick providers with reasonable privacy track records, but we can't control their internal practices entirely.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies — basically just what's needed for the site to function. The mobile app doesn't use cookies but does use similar device identifiers for app analytics. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll let you know — either in-app or via email if you have an account. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect when it was last revised.
