Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

By installing or using DharmaAI (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We've tried to write this in plain English. Email us if anything's unclear.

1. Who We Are

DharmaAI is a product of Techieon, a company based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Techieon.

2. What DharmaAI Is

DharmaAI is an app that uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to your questions, grounded in sacred texts — including the Bhagavad Gita, the Pali Canon, the Bible, the Torah, and the Quran. It's a reflection tool. A starting point for thought.

It is not a substitute for religious instruction from a qualified spiritual teacher. It's not therapy. It's not medical, legal, or financial advice. Please use your judgment.

3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

4. Free Questions and Paid Plans

New users get 10 free questions. After that, you can continue using DharmaAI by purchasing a question pack or subscribing to an unlimited plan.

Current pricing (subject to change with notice):

Refunds

One-time question packs are non-refundable once any question has been used. If you haven't used any of the questions, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period, but we don't refund partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

The responses you receive are generated by AI models. They draw on the sacred texts, but they are interpretations — not verbatim recitations or official doctrine. They may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect.

You're responsible for how you act on the guidance you receive. For serious decisions, please consult a qualified person — a religious teacher, a counselor, a doctor, a lawyer, as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, and underlying technology belong to Techieon. The sacred texts themselves are in the public domain. You're free to share individual responses you receive for personal use, but you can't copy the app or its content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Disclaimers

DharmaAI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Techieon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages won't exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email (if you have an account). Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
